About Us

Hillcrest Care Center is a 60 bed residential facility conveniently located in Sandy, Utah. Established in 1968, Hillcrest was one of the first homes to provide 24-hour care for people with special needs and prides itself on its clean, home-like atmosphere.

Living areas are comfortable and residents are encouraged to personalize their rooms with pictures, décor, and furniture items that help to maintain a cozy and enjoyable environment. Additionally, Hillcrest offers a spacious courtyard, large lawn area, and gazebo.

There are various activities sponsored by Hillcrest that family and friends are strongly encouraged to attend. Some activities include summer barbecues, a carnival, and an annual Thanksgiving celebration.

Hillcrest provides transportation to and from multiple workshop settings in the Salt Lake Valley. School-age residents attend Jordan Valley School, one of the country’s top educational institutions for individuals with special needs.
